Purchasing, shipping and returns

Online shopping

All prices indicated on the website are in Canadian dollars. Shipping costs and taxes will be added to the invoice. Prices, specifications and availability are subject to change without notice.

Expeditions

Delivery costs in Canada are $149.99. Bicycles cannot be delivered to remote areas (Îles-de-la-Madeleine, Nord-du-Québec, Fermont, Nunavut, Northwest Territory, Yukon Territory, Labrador)

Picking

It is possible to pick up your bike directly from our warehouse. You will receive a confirmation email when it is possible to pick up your bike. Bikes are prepared within 7-9 business days. Please note that an appointment will need to be made. We ask that you contact us either by email at info@allelec.ca or by telephone at 1-819-447-1016. When picking up, we will ask you to show us your copy of invoice, the credit card used and two pieces of photo identification.

Cancelation

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact info@allelec.ca or by telephone at 1-819-447-1016 within 24 hours of placing the order. We cannot cancel an order that has already been processed or shipped.

Refunds

No refunds can be issued on bicycles. However, we accept exchanges in store within 10 days after the date of purchase. To do this, the bike must be returned new in its original condition. We may refuse an exchange when the bike has been assembled.
